Shipping policy


1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 0~48 hours. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.

2. Shipping Carriers

To provide the most reliable service, we partner with top-tier global logistics providers, including:

  • USPS (United States Postal Service)
  • FedEx
  • UPS (United Parcel Service)

3. Estimated Delivery Times

At present, We ship from the Chinese mainland. We only offer shipping services to the United States (excluding Guam, Alaska and Hawaii).

Ship to USA: 10~17 Days.

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your package is in transit, you can monitor its progress using the tracking link sent to your email. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update on the carrier's system.

5. Shipping Cost, Sales Tax, and Customs Duty.

The checkout price you see in your cart is the final transaction price of your order.

  2. Sales Tax Fully Included: The final transaction price of our products already includes all applicable Sales Tax. We guarantee that no additional sales tax will be added at checkout, so the price you see is the price you pay. (Please note: This does not cover potential country-specific Customs Duties assessed by your local customs office upon arrival.)

  3. Customs Duties and Import Taxes: We are not responsible for any Customs Duties or Import Taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping (such as tariffs, levies, or customs brokerage fees) are the sole responsibility of the customer.

6. Shipping Delays

While we strive to meet the estimated delivery dates, occasionally packages may be delayed due to factors beyond our control.

7. Separate Shipments Policy

To ensure the fastest possible delivery, orders containing multiple items or different product attributes may be shipped in separate packages. Consequently, you may receive multiple tracking numbers and your items may arrive at slightly different times.

We implement this process to prevent delays caused by individual item processing and to ensure that each product is packaged securely for its journey. Please rest assured that no additional shipping fees will be charged for these separate shipments.

8. Procedures for Handling Risk Orders

If your order is flagged as risk by Shopify due to the provision of false information, Aptiaide reserves the right to cancel the order and will notify you via the email address used to log into the store.

It is your responsibility to ensure that a valid email address is used when logging into the Aptiaide website prior to placing an order.
